Privacy Statement

Alpha Powerful Solutions Ltd. operates the alpha-drive.ai website and the AlphaDrive system. This statement describes what information is collected on the website, for what purpose, who processes it, how long it is kept, and what your rights are.

What information is collected on the website

Information you provide to us voluntarily:

• Contact and demo request form: full name, phone number, and the role you selected.
• Chat with Alfi: the content of the messages you write. If you leave a name and phone number in the conversation, they will be opened as an inquiry with our sales team.
• Voice call mode: the recording is converted to text in your browser and transferred to us as text.

Information collected automatically, and only if you approved it in the cookie settings:

• Our own usage analytics: which pages you visited, how long, scroll depth, device type, and browser type, plus a random session ID saved in your browser. The IP address is saved as a hash and not in plain text.
• Google Analytics: aggregated measurement of website traffic.
• Meta Pixel and Google Ads: campaign measurement and showing ads to those who visited the site.

As long as you have not consented, no external tool is loaded and no measurement identifier is saved on your device. You can change your choice at any time: Manage cookies.

Why we use the information

• To get back to you with the information or demo you requested.
• To operate the chat and answer your questions.
• To understand how the website is used and improve it.
• To measure the effectiveness of our advertising, only if you approved this category.

Providing your details is voluntary. There is no legal obligation to provide them, but without them, we won't be able to get back to you.

Who else processes the information

We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not transfer it to any external party for their own use. Solely to operate the service, we use service providers who process information for us and according to our instructions:

• Cloud infrastructure and hosting providers, where the website and system run.
• The AI provider that powers Alfi's answers: the content of your messages is processed by them to generate her response.
• A text-to-speech provider, to read the answers out loud in voice mode.
• Google and Meta, if you approved the analytics or advertising categories.
• Authorities to whom we are legally obligated to provide information.

Some service providers operate outside of Israel, so the information may also be processed abroad.

How long the information is kept

• Inquiries and leads: as long as the inquiry is active and for a reasonable period afterward for documentation and follow-up.
• Analytics data: for a limited period and in an aggregated manner.
• A deletion request from you will be handled promptly, subject to our legal retention obligations.

Your rights

You may contact us to review the information saved about you, request to correct it, request to delete it, and withdraw any consent you have given, including consent to receive mailings. Withdrawing consent does not affect the legality of the use made prior to it.

Data security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, backed up automatically, and stored on secure servers in Israel, with separation between customers.
