Account and data deletion

The Alpha Drive AI app and the AlphaDrive system are operated by Alpha Powerful Solutions Ltd. Here we explain how to request account deletion, how to delete partial data without closing the account, what is deleted, and what we are required to keep by law.

How to request account deletion

  1. Send a request to support@alpha-drive.ai from the email address you registered with, with the subject "Account deletion request".

  2. In the body of the message, state the name of the driving school (or the independent instructor's name) and the registered phone number, so we can verify the request comes from the account owner.

  3. We will send an acknowledgment of receipt within one business day, and complete the deletion within 30 days of verification. You will receive a confirmation message once done.

The account of an employed driving instructor or driving school employee belongs to the driving school. In this case, the request is forwarded to the driving school owners for approval, and we remove the personal user details (name, phone, email, device keys) even if the driving school continues to operate.

Deleting partial data, without closing the account

You can request in the same way to delete specific data, for example recordings and transcripts of conversations with Alfi, uploaded photos, biometric login keys of an old device or notification tokens. Please specify which data to delete, and the account will continue to operate as usual.

What is deleted

  • User details: name, email, phone, profile picture, password, and biometric login keys.
  • Notification (push) tokens and device identifiers.
  • Conversation history with Alfi, voice recordings and transcripts.
  • Personal settings for the calendar and the app.

What is kept, and for how long

Accounting documents: 7 years

Invoices, receipts, credit notes, and tax reports. Required by bookkeeping regulations and the Income Tax Ordinance. They are kept without any personal details that are not required by law.

Security logs: up to 12 months

Access logs, for data security purposes. Deleted afterward.

Encrypted backups: up to 35 days

Deleted in the regular backup cycle following the deletion.
